The Village of Ottawa Hills is a truly unique residential neighborhood community that embodies the essence of a family-oriented lifestyle in Northwest Ohio.
In partnership with our community, Ottawa Hills Local Schools will challenge each student to realize his or her unique potential; to embrace learning as a lifelong process; and to become an active, responsible citizen.
The Village Police Department is dedicated to community-based policing. It is equipped and trained to handle a wide range of law enforcement issues that may arise in the Village, providing a strong sense of security to the residents. Fair and consistent law enforcement is a key characteristic of this department.
OHBreathe (Student Organization)
OHbreathe is a student-led initiative to address student wellness. The program provides students with strategies and skills to create balance in life. Past programming has included meditation, mindfulness activities, yoga, nature walks, puzzles, music, reading, chess, knitting, coloring, making crafts, and bullet journaling.
GSA (Student Organization)
The Ottawa Hills Gay Straight Alliance is a student-led organization that works towards creating a safe and accepting climate for all, especially our queer and gender non-conforming students.
Sunrise (Student Organization)
Sunrise hub for Ottawa Hills High School in Ohio is a movement of young people working to combat climate change and create good jobs in the process.
OH Stand (Student Organization)
OH Stand is the new anti-racism program at Ottawa Hills. Their mission is to dismantle racism through education, which is why they are working on school-wide programming to learn about microaggressions, bias, and systemic racism.
